API v1 — single host

Breaking change

Every legacy base URL and path stops working. The per-service hosts (payment, idp, warranty, …) and the /api prefix are replaced by one host, https://api.sandbox.openhive.eu, with every path under /v1.

Eighteen endpoints are renamed along the way, and ids become uids. Go through the checklist before switching.

What changes

• One host for every service: https://api.sandbox.openhive.eu.
• Paths are versioned and grouped by service. What lived under /api now lives under /v1 followed by the service name. Authentication resources are the exception and carry no service segment.
• Identifiers: id becomes uid. Every resource is now identified by a uid instead of an id — in responses and in URLs. Check every place where your integration reads or sends an identifier.

Migration checklist

1. Point your client at the single host: https://api.sandbox.openhive.eu.
2. Move every path from /api to /v1 followed by the service name — plain /v1 for authentication.
3. Apply the renames above, and switch every identifier from id to uid.
